DD Thursday - plan?
 
Happy FRIDAY-EVE everyone! Almost to the 3 day weekend for those of us in USA! Bring it on!!!

Not sure how or what order, but this is what I have:

2 eggs, cottage cheese 180c
strawberries/cottage cheese 100c
protein shake 180c
deli ham 50c

There maybe some tomatoes too. If so, I will throw those in there somewhere!

I'm doing protein shakes, kombucha, and a green smoothie. The most important part of my Down Day, though, is RESTING! I'm kicking back and letting my body recover from my recent stresses.

Starting a potato hack today! Potatoes roasting in oven now. So far I've only had coffee, coke zero and water. Only eating 12pm-8pm daily (both UD/DD).

I have two ginormous baked potatoes in the fridge. I'll halve them, scoop out the innards, mix with either Tostitos salsa con queso or spinach parm yogurt dip, some bacon bits, garlic powder - then stuff that back in the skins and bake at 400* to warm them up and crispy the skin.

That will be lunch and dinner. I don't do breakfast, just decaf with half & half.
