B: coffee w/1T half and half x2
D: tilapia simmered w/canned diced tomatoes, garlic and capers over zucchini noodles
S: chicken breast topped w/1/2 serving of pasta sauce and parmesan cheese; romaine w/olive garden light dressing

480 cals; 19g fat; 21g carbs; 6g fiber; 52g protein

Zucchini shredded or "zoodled" into long strands, like noodles.
I use the " GEFU Spirelli Spiral Cutter" (search amazon for it, there are pictures of zucchini "noodles").

Gonna drink broth if necessary today, for hunger, at work. Have not really needed it in a very long time, but plan to not eat much at all (maybe not even yogurt).

I really overdid it yesterday (REALLY in a bad, bad way :sick:) so I am understandably not hungry. I may not eat until dinner - we'll see.

B - black coffee
All day -water, water, water, green tea, water, water, water, repeat!

I did bring egg whites, veggies and broth to work in case I get hungry.

D - 4 egg whites, 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita

No more than 350 cals today, but I'll be surprised if I need them.

S: Greek yogurt w/1/2 scoop lemon PP and a few frozen blueberries (160 - 30g P)
L: Beef-vegetable soup (200 - 20g P)
D: Chicken drumsticks (2, no skin) marinated with hot sauce (150 - 23g P)
Various veggies - need to go grocery shopping, likely salad w/yogurt dressing & something like cukes, snap peas, celery, tomatoes... (50, 2g P)

Total ~ 600 cal, 75g P

I ended up getting hungry and completely changed the plan:

Snack: broth - 10
Lunch: 4 egg whites, plain gr. yogurt w/ sweetener - 157
Dinner - cold potatoes - 198

Total - 365

Decided to potato hack starting with tonight's dinner until dinner tomorrow (already have plans with someone that I don't want to change). Then I'll do a potato DD on Friday and assess from there. I am in damage control mode.

I have spent the day hungry. I ate the yogurt and a sugar free jello, but nothing else so far. My stomach is growling. :D I fully intend to keep my calories in check no matter what, so dinner is still cabbage and smoked turkey franks w/LC cheese. That's what I had Mon. night and it was delicious! I was finally able to actually get the cheese melted into the concoction. Don't ask me how. ;) Anywho, I don't know why I'm writing all this...must be hopped up on DD energy.:p

It is Luv! Angel hair coleslaw sauteed with a bit of chicken broth, sliced smoked turkey franks (45 cals a piece), and a wedge of LC cheese (I used sundried tomato). I also added garlic, salt and pepper. Very satisfying for about 150 calories (2 franks). :) I think I'll brown the franks first tonight for added flavor.:yummy:

Had an atkins shake -150, chicken noodle soup- 186, and tossed salad w 1/2 burger - 85+40, then 1 square dark chocolate -35...total is 496...we'll say 500 :)

Had a good DD today :)
