Mobility Gains

I'm curious about the gains in mobility that those of you have had since losing a significant amount of weight. Do you go up and down stairs easier, walk faster, sit more comfortably longer? What have you noticed that is easier for you since losing weight? I look forward to going up and down stairs like I used to when I was thin.

I was able to paint my own toenails this summer without having to hold my breath to keep my stomach out of the way. I also notice it's easier to move quickly and reach and bend with ease.

Stairs were never an issue for me, but I love being able to tie my shoes with ease.

Definitely stairs, as well as just being on my feet for any length of time. I can pop up from being seated without even thinking about it now. I can get up and down off the floor without it being a big production.

Oh, that's a good one Carol. I, too, spend more time on the floor now because I don't have to spend too much energy getting back up.

Ahhh, the floor! Looking forward to that getting better also. I oftentimes get on the floor to play with my little "clients". I make sure no one is looking when I get myself back up to standing.

I remember having to hold onto something to get back up off of the floor. I am so glad I can do it fairly easily now. I also noticed I can climb stairs without getting out of breath. Painting toenails is much easier too.

Forgive me for posting this picture again! But it illustrates exactly what staying slim with JUDDD does for my flexibility and mobility. It enables me to be a very hands-on Granny who has the strength and energy to carry her 3 year old granddaughter on piggy-back rides, and chases her all over the house with her little push toys, which she adores. "Chase me, Granny, chase me!"
