Tuesday DD - plan

Well it's Tuesday, one more step toward the HOLIDAY WEEKEND!

Here's my option

protein shake 180c
tomato / cottage cheese 65c
deli ham/ boiled egg 120c
pickles 20c
cottage cheese/strawberries 100c

leaves about 115c for dinner.....I'm thinking slaw/mushrooms/with some protein

Goal 600c

Scarlett, sorry about the migraine, and yes it is Tuesday, but in the UK we have just had our holiday weekend!

So my DD is badly needed.

1 cup soya latte
1 cup miso soup
Haven't decided what's for dinner.

Here is my DD Tuesday. It is 3:40 pm and I am so hungry that I feel lightheaded. I'm going to try to wait until 6 pm to have my little snack, but I may have it sooner.

Never heard of bresaeola. I looked it up. Looks good. Is it at all like prosciutto, but made of beef, or is it totally different?

Trying a completely fasting day today. It's been awhile. Jenna & I went BTS shopping and I actually bought some size SMALL sweaters & size 6 jeans fit perfectly. (didn't buy those, though, hehe) FUN!

Just some skim milk in 2 cups of coffee this morning. About 10 calories so far. Not planning anything else except diet soda & some sobe tonight.

Very like prosciutto, but a little less salty, dryer and with very little fat. Great with olive oil and parmesan shavings on an UD.

Hehe, I'm mostly living in my 8s these days. I really need to get back to the gym. However: Keira and I had to have camouflage shirts for a theme party this past weekend. I couldn't find anything in the kids section, so I got her an adults size small shirt. Can you believe it fit? This particular shirt ran a bit small, so I got a large for me, even though I'm wearing almost all mediums. Now we have matching shirts in not-too-different sizes. She's in size 14 girls jeans. I'm pretty sure I could get her size 2 petite adult jeans. Ugh!!

I feel your pain, Dawn! Jenna tried on some XS aeropostale, and even a size small, and it fit, so I bought it. Ummm, I wear size medium in that store. Crazy stuff indeed!!! Now, there's no way my legs will ever resemble that girl's tall, super slender ones, but tops might be possible soon. Boggles the mind!
