Good morning!
B: coffee w/heavy cream
D: not sure, I have some tilapia, may do a tilapia w/butter and lemon; roasted okra(olive oil, salt, pepper); romaine dressed w/home made mayo (fresh this morning)
S: If it stops raining long enough for me to get to the store, a meatloaf w/ground beef, Italian sausage, parmesan, onions and mushrooms, topped w/marinara and italian cheese and baked; tossed salad w/Italian dressing

L -hash brown/egg/sausage/cheese patty (160 calories), green beans with a little butter, greek yogurt, wasa with laughing cow, peach
D - not sure, but have 1100 calories to play with. :cool: I'm thinking chicken and veggies and potatoes with a fudge pop for dessert

L: Fruit (plum, nectarine, apple), greek yogurt with honey, turkey sandwich
We're going out for dinner I think, but am not sure where.

L: not sure
D: Hamburger helper w/ green beans, mashed potatoes, and dinner roll. = 600

Good morning JB's! :hiya:

Pre-workout - banana
B - raw oats with coconut, sliced almonds, mini chocolate chips, PB2 and a little almond milk
L - big salad w/ greens, lentils, barley, carrot, onion, feta and chicken breast
D - whole wheat pasta w/ marinara and bison meat

Snacks - the usual suspects - plain greek yogurt w/ PB2, iced coffee w/ almond milk and whatever else sounds good.

Goal for the day is 2000.

I'm saving most of my calories for dinner, as usual:

B: Iced tea/lemonade
L: Coffee/HWC, 3 oz PB
PreD: ham, cream cheese, scallion rollup hors d'oeuvres, vodka gimlet
D: Dreamfields spaghetti with marinara and meatballs, red wine

I haven't decided what my target calories should be. I had a low DD yesterday, and seem to be stalled out at 190, but I don't know if I'm overall too low, too high, or if my body is just holding tight right now and I shouldn't tweak. :dunno:

Breakfast 2 eggs, 1 low carb scone, coffee with 2 tbs. HWC

Dinner: A few chips and salsa, about 8-9, 1 enchilada Suizze, 1/4 c. beans,
a couple tbs. rice. iced tea. Sour cream and guacamole.

Tea and 1 low carb scone 90 cal.

I'm so pleased that I had a good clean day, including more than one cocktail :o. I ended up at 1857, and wanted a little more after dinner, but didn't need it so I didn't eat anything. I'm now getting ready to head for bed and feeling like I'm done. Good, clean DD tomorrow!

I ended the day yesterday at around 2200.:o My goal for the coming UDs this week is 1900 tops.
