Sunday Down Day

Am I the only one? Twelve noon, and there's no thread up. So here it goes.

I'm doing kombucha, water, and a green smoothie tonight.

Maybe a devilled egg if I am overcome.

you are not the only one

I am having one of my superlow OMM's--20 calories, probably 2-3 times today before dinner. Dinner will be cottage cheese, greek yogurt, sliced strawberries and some fiber one on top for 200 cals.

Yesterday was an UUAD so I am going to try and keep things very low today

I had a small slice of sugar free cake after church at the school reception.

Hunger killer mint/tangerine peel/gluc powder/vanilla sf syrup whir in the blender for an almost freebie treat in a few.

Dinner will be top round steak and a salad.

Having hunger pangs which I am sure is due to the cake. (It wasn't even tasty, either. Should have just left it alone.)

I tried to do the Potato Hack this morning for my DD, and it was a disaster. Blood sugar went up to 183 before starting back down. Yikes!

For lunch, I had a little bit of chicken breast with butter and salt. That will be all for me today, but I reserve the right to have a tiny something-something later in the evening if I need to. Calories so far, 362.

Potato day for me. I had decaf with half & half for breakfast, and half a large baked potato stuffed with SCQ, a few bacon bits, green onion, and salsa for lunch. So satisfying. Will have more of same for dinner.

Rebecca, sorry you didn't have such great luck with the potato hack. I'm sure more knowledgeable potato hackers will chime in with why that might have been the case.

Do you check your blood glucose after eating potatoes, or did you at first? If so, what kind of results did you get?
