Sunday UD menu :)
 
B: coffee w/heavy cream
D: roasting some chicken thighs; green beans; salad w/Italian dressing
S: taco salad (90% ground beef, browned w/my taco spices, chopped romaine, green onions, shredded sharp cheddar, sour cream and salsa).

L: We'll be at a 1 year old's birthday party, so I have no idea. I imagine there will be cake involved.
D: ?? Depends on lunch.

I'm doing a 2nd UD in a row because I forgot about this party, and my rotations got messed up earlier this week.

I ended up with an MD yesterday since son picked Olive Garden for lunch on the way back to school.
Sometimes you just have to make the best choices available. I did have salad (asked them to go light on the dressing), chicken marsala with zucchini instead of potatoes and I caved and had 1/2 a breadstick :laugh:
I'm guessing it was around 700-800 calories, then I just had some slices of 97% fat free ham (30 cals a slice) with mustard and dill pickles for supper.

L: Chobani plain yogurt, a banana
D: Vodka gimlet, fried chicken breast, broccoli & avocado salad
D: ??? I've got a couple hundred cals left

Target: 2000ish

Turning today into a free day. I ate moderately at the party, but there's no way to track the calories accurately. I also had two (small) cupcakes. I'm craving chicken fried steak for dinner, so I'm just going to estimate 2500 calories for today (I think it'll be a smidge below that), and enjoy the rest of my evening.

Fried Basa and PB on toast for brunch
Mid-day bbq potluck: 2 Mike's hard lemonade light (someone got the other two somehow - just as well), bun-less hamburger, veggies and dessert(s) - apple pie, fruit flan and rhubarb cake :yummy:

Oh and 1/2 a bag of baked cheetos (little 100 cal bags) that I'd forgotten were in the car. Didn't want them to go bad or anything. :)
