DOWN DAY FRIDAY...WHAT'S TO EAT?
Trying not to eat before 3-4 p.m.
Coffee with 2 tbs. HWC 100 cal.
Water and iced tea.
3 corn tortillas 150 cal.
salsa 10 cal.
Cheese Lt. 120
Later: Sea Bass, cauliflower, 1 tsp. light marg.
150 calories more
B: Coffee w/ creamer
S: Chai tea
Water water water
L: Around 3pm I'll have 3 stalks of celery with a laughing cow wedge, and 2 slices of black forest ham - and some more coffee
D: We'll be travelling this evening so I'll have a fairly late dinner of leftover turkey meatballs & some frozen veggies.
S: More coffee w/ creamer!
B - BP coffee, 2 eggs
cold boiled potatoes starting at 2pm
Water, water, kombucha, more water, then shrimp for dinner.
I am having to deal with someone else who is expecting meal time participation from me. I DO NOT LIKE IT! I sit with her during most meals, even on Down Days, but she is acting miffed that I am not eating, this in spite of saying that she doesn't want to make me eat. But her actions are not jibing with her words. It is causing me some stress.
Just hanging in there, doing my best.

D: More of lunch!
Sirtain, that sounds like someone who needs a major attitude adjustment. Thinking positive thoughts for you.

D: No idea. Last minute packing so something within 100 calories will have to do.
I could have skipped lunch easily, but I had too much time on my hands and nothing to do! :D
