I wonder if this would work frozen? I have a banana cut up in the freezer, and was wondering if I could make it with that and freeze it overnight?

I'm not sure, but I'm thinking it would affect the amount of time the liquids get to soak into the oats. If you try it, let us know how it turns out.

I got Keira a couple of different juices to try soaking her oats in, but we haven't gotten around to trying it yet. She wanted pineapple juice for one, and I thought apple juice might be good with some cinnamon for an apple pie flavor profile.

I decided to try something I found while googling. Put the frozen banana in the blender until it's like soft serve, then layer your overnight oats with it, like a parfait. I have the overnight oats in the fridge with blueberries and WF maple syrup.

ETA: I forgot to add milk! I just did so no worries lol. I'm thinking it might be a highish DD again.
