D: ham and cheese "sandwich" on romaine leaves with roasted okra "fries"
S: egg drop soup w/celery and green onions

WOE: low carb - 1400 calories
12 hour work day. On my days off work I save my calories for evening meals and have a variety of menus I choose from. However, I need the energy to get through my work day. Here's what works really well for me. And, I have this every DD work day.



B: 1 slice 40 cal bread, 1 T jam, coffee - 90 calories
S: turkey sandwich and coffee - 120 calories
L: turkey sandwich and coffee - 120 calories
D: turkey sandwich and coffee -120 calories

S - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener & cinnamon - 60
D - 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita, 4 egg whites - 155

Your okra fries sound yummy Dottie! I guess you use fresh okra for that? Is there any special prep?

I'm still taking DDs pretty easy until the reno is done next week...

L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero sauce (180)

Hehe, I'm trying something new and allowing up to 1000 calories on DDs for maintenance. It seems almost decadent to have over 350 calories!

Just whole frozen okra, single layer at 375-400f for about 20 minutes
