DD Tuesday menus!
 
B: black coffee
D&S going to try something different. I made egg salad for today: 4 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped w/1T mayonnaise and 1T mustard, some green onions, salt and pepper; a romaine heart and roma tomato and 2 slices of the egg/flax bread I posted in the recipe sticky for a total of 521 calories (112 is the bread, so IF I eat it, it's still pretty low-cals).

Me-- I'm home, the renovation might end or almost end this week, and I can definitely see the end in sight. I'm trying to keep my rotations, so today is a full DD. Will definitely go higher calories, but the mental aspect needs to get back to normal (i.e, I eat less on EOD).

water, vitamins
L: maybe carrots and a peach?
D: probably subway-- a couple salads and maybe some chips... about 600?

(I was going to just have a protein shake, but the kiddo wanted bagels before school, and who am I to argue?!)
L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero hot sauce (180)
D: Lean Cuisine (150) and 200g watermelon (60)

Hi everyone!

B - water, black (hot) coffee, and iced coffee w/ almond milk a little later - 30
L - zucchini, mushrooms & onion sauteed and mixed together w. 4 egg whites - 114
S - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt w. sweetener & cinnamon - 60
D - 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita, 4 egg whites - 155

And lots of zero cal liquids. Water, water, water and I brought a couple diet sodas and a flavored water. Oh, and green tea.

Total - 359

Dinner 2 veggies & arrabiata sauce, topped with Parmesan (see how I go!)

S: cup of tea & a ginger nut cookie

S: Greek yogurt w/a few frozen blueberries + splenda and 1/2 scoop of lemon PP (150) ~ 30 g P
L: Basa (130) ~ 20 g P
Salad - x 2 for L & D (50 x 2 = 100)
Almond milk (20) in coffee for an even 600 for the day and ~ 70 g P

I did ok during the day, then the dishwasher drama (check my blog for today's post, see link in sig) got to me, so we had Mexican for dinner.

Funny, my plans just went out the window, which rarely happens on a DD. But my body was telling me to eat fruit this afternoon, and so I did!

S: 2 cups grapes and 2 slices cantaloupe

Ended up at 912 calories. Not freaked out at all. I listened to my body and am moving on to a normal UD tomorrow. This is so cool!:cool:
