That is 6.25 pounds per month!

I would LOVE to have results like that! Congratulations!

Thanks so much ladies, for your wonderful comments. I love sharing stuff like this for a couple of reasons:

1. It's fun to get the encouragement back
2. It's amazing to think I could inspire someone else like I have been inspired by the JBs

Thank you! I do strict EOD rotations. I hope I can try 5:2 when I get to maintenance.

Lots of reading, so forgive me if it has been mentioned already: What is your typical DD day, calorie and menue wise.
Do you count calories on UD, and generally stick to LC?
Dreaming can become doing! Just a day at a time, so you can do it too!

My typical DD is Coffee/HWC early in the day, then a fatty/protein dinner. Like today I'll be having tiliapia sautéed in a little butter for dinner. I've been trying to keep my DDs under 350, but this last one and today I'll be going higher, just to shake things up. I don't do that too often, but every now and then I feel like I need a slight change. I do count on UDs and have since the beginning. I think it's the only way to keep from going off the rails. I don't stick to LC anymore, but my natural inclination is to steer in that direction. I don't eat a whole lot of grains most of the time. Hope that helps!

What is the biggest change you see now that you didn't see or feel 75 pound ago? Obviously you look great and feel lighter, but how about other things? I love the encouragement from others! Thanks!
Aw, thanks Goner! The biggest change....hmm, that's tough. I guess not having to worry about not fitting easily into places like restaurant booths, movie theater seats, airplane seats, turnstiles. Just in general fitting into the normal world. I also don't have to worry anymore about not doing things, or not knowing if I can keep up with everyone walking someplace.

Carol, You are inspiration and year-long proof that slow and steady wins the race
For 10 years I've been trying to lose 30 pounds, with extreme 5-10 days dieting on juice, water, you name it, but either I gave up already on the first day or gained it all back afterwards. So now I look for long-term measures, and more inclined to Paleo with 3 DDs per working week..
Thank you for sharing such a motivation!

CONGRATULATIONS CAROL!!!! It's so awesome when good things happen for good people, and you are the very definition of that.

You have been such an inspiration to us, sticking with the JUDDD plan through easy losing and not-so-easy losing, but always there -- that is exactly the kind of thing newbies and people of little faith need to see, so thank you very much for that, and for your kindness and encouragement to everyone.

As others have said, we cannot wait to celebrate your goal party, too, which no doubt will be here pretty darn soon, given how time flies and JUDDD works. Congrats again on 75 lbs lost, WOW! way to go, LCG!!

Here's to even more success in the future!

Thanks so much everyone! It's fun celebrating these victories, because I have to admit, I'm getting tired of having to think so hard about weight loss every single day. I mean, JUDDD is a breeze, but I have to keep so mentally focused to stay on my path, and I'm looking forward to easing up just a bit for maintenance. I'm just getting impatient for goal, but I'll get there!

Cindy/Kissa - welcome back! I want to hear more about Germany!
