DD MONDAY 8/19
 
Hope you don't mind if I start the post a bit early. I won't be home and I do
want to make my commitment.

Vietnamese Restaurant:
1 big bowl of salad (sprouts, lettuce, mint, basil, carrot shreds and pork)
Dressing is 2 tbs. fish sauce
2 Vietnamese egg rolls.

Breakfast coffee:
2 tbs. HWC
Egg Beater omelet
Spritz of Pam

Evening:
Chicken broth
Hard boiled egg
Tea no cream

Having a low DD today - have found the longer I JUDDD that I can skip breakfast and feel energetic enough to wait till about noon for my first meal. I want to push lots of lemon water today as I ate out all day yesterday and need to release some bloat!!

Plan is for less than 350 calories consisting of lean protein, yogurt and veggies!

I :heart: DDs on Monday - feels like a GREAT start to my week!

I have a faculty breakfast that I must attend this morning, and I don't know what I should do. I think it's eggs, bacon and grits mostly...southern. ;) I think I'll just get water and hope I don't have to explain, or I'll say I've had breakfast (coffee, which is true).

The new water filter at work isn't working and I definitely did not bring enough water today. Oh man!

L: Salad with oil & vinegar
D: Chipotle laughing cow cheese & crackers
S: Quite possibly yogurt after the gym. Depends on how I feel.

Coffee & lots of water this morning
Carrots, Laughing cow & Black forest ham for "lunch" around 3pm
Leftover Turkey meatballs & veggies for a late dinner

No breakfast...cucumbers and a tomatoe and broth for lunch and an atkins tv dinner for supper I probably went a little high but needed to eat up that meal as it was already thawed also a 1/4 c quinoa that is ok for today..I refuse to feel like I screwed up after all we do the best we can right?

I went to the breakfast, took two mangled pieces of bacon and about 2 T of chopped melon. My boss said, "Have you already eaten breakfast before you came?" :D I said, "I don't usually eat breakfast." I didn't finish all of it, and chalked the whole thing up to around 70 calories. Two stalks of celery for lunch, and I am soooo full!:rofl:

Plan to have some yogurt and a pear later. Maybe some brussel sprouts. Coffee now. :)

:laugh: Yeah me too. I doubt I can hold another bean sprout after
a breakfast that big.
