Well out to brunch for us today at Sizzler for salad bar.
I'm already at 1400 according to My Plate so that leaves me with
a couple hundred for this evening.
Large baked potato, with sour cream and butter
3 fried chicken wings
Fruit salad 1/2 c.
1 c. soft serve ice milk
1 Oreo cookie crumbs
3 strawberries for the top
1 drizzle choco sauce
Coffee with 2 tbs. HWC
1 c. LC kefir that I make.
Tonight will be Relaxing tea with 1 tbs. HWC
