D: I picked up some portabello mushroom caps, may go with a "pizza" using the caps, a little sauce, turkey pepperoni and parmesan
S: I have leftover ground beef/cabbage/rotel
If I have both, that's a little over 400 cals :laugh:

Going to skip breakfast except for coffee at 20 calories
will see what the day brings - but DEFINITELY under 350 calories!

I'm hungry today. Yesterday, I didn't end up eating enough at dinner because I was having a crappy day and just had little appetite. I wish that would have been the case for today instead.

L: Cherry yogurt and plum
D: Hummus & Cracker

I'm heading to the gym this evening so I'm probably going to have a after gym snack. That would put me at 300 calories total.

So the DD wears on and I haven't thought of food once. I also seem to have adequate energy, which had been a problem for me on previous DDs when I felt I needed to eat more often. It's 3 pm. Interesting...

I haven't had anything today except some celery (after coffee this morning). I have the fixings to make egg rolls for dinner...it's not that I'm so hungry but that I just want something. Then, of course, I have to have my coconut bar, and probably some coffee when I get home. :D

I felt a bit hungry this morning, but I held out with just 1 cup of coffee until 3:30 and the HB egg and laughing cow wedge really helped and held me over for a long time. Plenty of energy for the Ab workout that typically leaves me lightheaded and needing a protein drink immediately afterwards.

Tried a new recipe for dinner, and it was a hit with the whole family! Low sugar teriyaki chicken tenders with veggies and a little bit of jasmine rice. Definitely one I'll be making again.

Little over 500 calories for the day (guesstimated)
