DD Monday: What's on the menu?
I am starting to plan less and less on both DDs and UDs, which is working for me. If I plan to eat something, I seem to whether I'm hungry or not. So, I don't have a menu today. But, I did come to work prepared and will eat as needed:
- salmon pouch
- gluc powder
- egg whites
- sf hot choc (for gluc pudding)
- iced coffee w/ almond milk
- plain greek yogurt

I'm the same way Elphie - I make a plan and then I don't follow it. But still manage to stay within my limits, just with different choices.
Things that are looking good today are:
1/2 french onion laughing cow on a Suzie's thin cake (~30 cal)
tuna salad lettuce wrap made w/FF mayo, pickle & 1/2 can of tuna (~80 cal)
chicken bacon & egg white omelet (~120 cal)
0% greek yogurt mixed w/a few frozen blueberries and a sprinkle of stevia (~130 cal)
Any or all of: cucumbers, salad w/yogurt dressing, beets, tomatoes, broccoli
Mixed a cookies and cream protein shake w/almond milk this morning and am using it for coffee creamer. The protein powder tastes too sweet on its own to me.
All of above is ~ 80 g protein and I'm shooting for a little more. Maybe a roast beef lettuce wrap or another whey shake depending on if I have chewing hunger or not later today. So somewhere around 600 calories +/- which is right where I want to be.

Miracle "Fried Rice"
tbs. red onion
low fat Mozzarella
1 chicken tender
