UD Monday - Plan?

Well, it's MONDAY again! I love M/W/F up day rotations!

B - 2 eggs, toast, 1 tomato 320c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - tomato / tuna salad 250c
D - pork chops and something

We have tomatoes coming out of our ears right now. That's why I added one to breakfast!

Good Morning Monica! I love those UD rotations as well.

I stopped eating at 6pm yesterday so I'm pretty hungry right now. Probably won't be able to eat before 9am though.

B: Bagel thin with cream cheese and boiled egg (240c)
L: 1/2 cup potato salad, green grapes, yogurt (600c)
D: Turkey chops and veggie of my choice

Today is my roomies birthday so I'm saving room for a sliver of Carvel ice cream cake. My fave!!

Not sure. Yesterday was supposed to be a DD and even though I ate little, what I consumed had a lot of calories (even more than the UD before it!)

I am thinking that I should make today a DD instead?

Handbells, are you saying that you had UD calories (total) yesterday, or something you ate was more calories than on a UD? If you had a UD instead of a DD, and not just a high DD or MD, then yes you could do a DD today. It all depends if you need to stick to your rotation schedule, or if you just want to have another UD, which will slow things down, but it will work out eventually.

For lunch I ended up with Tuna with cottage cheese and mustard in it and then I cut up a tomato and had that with it. Not bad, plus a few cheese puffs, so I got to the 250c mark!

I did not eat my yogurt at lunch time. I was so full. After I ate breakfast the hunger went away so I'm thinking that ice cream cake is going to be a little bit more than a sliver.

B: Everything bagel, cream cheese, coffee, iced tea (355)
L: Large Wendy's chili with habanero sauce (270)
D: DH may finally get the chicken roasted that he's been meaning to cook for a few days. We also have watermelon, pineapple, and grapes, so I'm thinking fruit instead of veggies with it.
