DD Tuesday: What's your plan?
Hi everyone! I'm almost always eating the same exact things on my DDs now. This menu really keeps me satisfied!
B - 4 egg whites, iced coffee w/ almond milk - 90
L - 84g spinach w. salmon pouch - 90
D - 4 egg whites, 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita - 155
Snacks throughout - diet sodas, iced coffee w/ almond milk, maybe strawberries, choc gluc pudding, broth -164
Total - 499
Here's to a great DD!
D: 8 oz. baked fish fillet with salt and pepper
8 oz. baked potatoe, salt, pepper, 1 T Country Crock buttery spread
1 large peach
B: Coffee w/ hh creamer
L: green tea
D: Grilled salmon w/ green beans and potato
S: Vanilla ff greek yogurt w/strawberries.
DD limit of 360 and trying to drop BP... so...
B - coffee w/cream (55)
L - salad 40, whey shake 90 (130)
D - snap peas 40, whey shake 90 (130)
S - 1/2 whey shake (45)
(Whey is supposed to be good for inflammation / lowering BP. But then so is giving up coffee...) :o
B: Iced tea/iced coffee
L: Coffee/HWC or iced coffee frap
D: Tilapia sautéed in a little butter
Total: 350 or under
B- coffee with HWC (50)
D- HB egg, 1/4 C tuna, 1/4 C shrimp, 1 tbsp mayo, mustard (275)
