Ended up having BBQ shrimp, roasted veggies, and french fries for b/l. When I got home I tried one of my muffins sans butter (quite good!) and then had creamed spinach and a baked potato for supper.

Well we had company and I needed to use up the last two packages of T-Bones in the freezer since the new steer is about ready to fill the freezer again. I even oven baked the potatoes instead of using the microwave. I feel so Holly Homemaker today. It was tasty.

Dinner was McDonald's bacon habanero ranch quarter pounder. It was pretty good. Rum and diet after. Oh, and a Twinkie. Not my best "healthy" day.
