B: coffee w/ 1/2&1/2. I have a bagel w/cream cheese and smoked salmon penciled in, but not hungry yet
D: shrimp and salad w/italian dressing and some extra evoo to get the calories up
S: grilled sirloin topped w/butter; salad w/blue cheese
Snack: iced coffee w/heavy cream

Dottie, unlike you, I woke up starving! I did my normal 3 miles and shower, but all the while, couldn't wait to get breakfast in me! :D

Adi - T bone and Baked Potato,,,,,YUM!!!!!!!!

B - 2 eggs/toast (gone ;) ) 320c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - BBQ Ribs and tomato/snap peas/cauliflower/feta salad 564c
D - shrimp/pasta/brocc/red sauce I may use slaw instead of noodles. slaw:400c noodles would be 700c

then some snack. 1900c total

S: Oatmeal, Banana, maybe coffee
D: Never seem to have dinner planned ahead of time these days...

Snack (if needed)-either a chocolate "milkshake" or a grain free/sugar free mini peanut butter chocolate swirl cheesecake (if I get them made today)

zucchini boat I am sure!!:D Can't seem to get my fill. Maybe a taco one today or maybe a runza one..:confused::confused::confused: The possibilities are endless. Freezing beets and carrots out of the garden so I bet I get my fill. Never thought I would do my pigging out on veggies..and on an up day:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Ended up having BBQ shrimp, roasted veggies, and french fries for b/l. When I got home I tried one of my muffins sans butter (quite good!) and then had creamed spinach and a baked potato for supper.

Snacked my way through the morning because the cupboards were bare, and I only had chips and pop tarts. :D - 570

2130, and may have a little something else before bed.:o Glad I had some yogurt and fruit today.:cool:

Well we had company and I needed to use up the last two packages of T-Bones in the freezer since the new steer is about ready to fill the freezer again. I even oven baked the potatoes instead of using the microwave. I feel so Holly Homemaker today. It was tasty.:)

Dinner was McDonald's bacon habanero ranch quarter pounder. It was pretty good. Rum and diet after. Oh, and a Twinkie. Not my best "healthy" day. :o
