B - sprouted grain toast w/ strawberry jelly, ff plain greek yogurt w/ PB2 & flaxseed - 502 cals
L - sauteed veggies w/ shrimp and a drizzle of honey - ?? cals
D - salmon, green veggie, corn, wine & chocolate for dessert!- ?? cals
Healthy snacks as needed. Goal is 2000 cals.
B: Everything bagel, cream cheese, coffee, iced tea (355)
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (320)
D: Blackeye peas with bacon/pork ribs (all in the crock pot from last night) (485) And who knows what else?
Rum/Diet (?? depends on quantities) ;)
Maybe a Twinkie (135)
Dinner/dessert is going to hog up just about all my calories tonight, so living like a DD until cocktail hour!

L: 2 Cowpal cheese wedges
D: Vodka gimlet, grilled chicken, corn on the cob w/butter
