DD Monday - plan?
 
Ok, for me, today is my FRESH START day. For July and now into August, I have struggled with DD's and uncontolled UUAD's---NO MORE!!!!!

Food plans:

tomato/cottage cheese 65c
eggs 140c
strawberry/cottage cheese 100c
deli ham 50c
laughing cow cheese/snap peas 70c
shrimp/cabbage 270c

Goal today 700c. I am allowing up to 800c and will work my way down. Hoping this is today, which would be a nice 695c

sometime today I've got to get to the store, but thinking I might have cabbage later, some deli meat, pickle or cucumber, LC cheese...keeping it under 500.

Cindy - I have to go to the grocery store today too. Our frig/cupboard is BARE. I felt bad this morning as I left, there's really nothing there for the kids to eat! ;) I left a note and mentioned ramen noodles!

D: 1 whole egg + 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled with 3oz diced potato and 1/2 cup spinach then topped w/salsa
S: baked salmon fillet (the ones already cut into 100 calorie portions), zucchini and tomatoes topped w/parmesan
I have 2T half and half counted in for an iced coffee, too

426 cals; 12g fat; 32g carbs; 6g fiber; 47g protein

I ate so much yesterday (it was wonderful) that I feel the strong desire for a minimalistic Down Day. Kombucha, and a protein shake tonight, I think. Maybe some broth with pesto.

Getting back on track after an unusual work week that saw mostly MDs. My weight stayed pretty much the same, love JUDDD.

coffee with half and half 20
yogurt 120
V8 70
veggies and lean protein 140

Want to end the day under or very near 350.

At home:
Maybe some greek yogurt if I'm hungry right away when I get home. Probably some chicken & a veggie dense salad for dinner. And of course, another cup of coffee w/ creamer!

I am doing a potato hack today. I have had micro potato chips:aprayer::aprayer:a fried potato with mustard on it and will have a loaded twice baked for supper.:dunno: Is that to much calories? I am new to a hack and I know I have asked before ..Always unsure especially when the losses are so scarce. For some reason I always come back to JUDD and LC.I guess it makes me feel good:jumpjoy:

If you're adding fat or other things, you need to stay to 500-600 calories total.
If you're doing plain potatoes, then I don't think you need to count, just don't eat until you're stuffed.
But adding fats and other things technically isn't the 'hack' ;)

I had a bit of a UUAD yesterday which I knew was going to happen, but I'm trying to keep it low today.

L: Cherry greek yogurt and plum
D: Laughing Cow cheese wedge and crackers

Total of 205 calories.

I have class tonight so I know I'm going to end up munching on fruit or veggies because the boredom typically gets to me.

Yesterday was a marvelous UPP Day...

Today's Menu:

egg and eggwhite
1 oz. Boar's Head turkey pepperoni
4 cherry tomatoes
coffee with 1 tbs. HWC
coffee with 1 tbs. SF creamer
water

Home made broth
Shirataki noodles
cabbage
bit of green onion
pulled pork
8 oz. LC Kefir (home made)

550 CALORIES
Will be drinking plenty of water today.

I am baking some LC sandwich buns from Quizoid's Better than Flour mix.

I did not end up snacking. I actually wasn't even that hungry for dinner. Ended up with 205 calories. I think this might have been my lowest DD to date.

Well, I'm the opposite today, Lili! I ate my dinner and it was a little higher than 150, I think, because I used some reg. ranch to dip my (dry, tasteless) pork. :D Then I had a (120) coconut bar instead of a 40-cal fudgesicle. Now I'm having coffee w/cream.:o

Bf was so hungry after sharing my DD dinner, I just made him two hamburger patties and french fries.:p
