DD Thursday! What's on your menu?
Good morning!
Officially re-starting today:) (the 1st sounds like a good day to do it!)

B: black coffee
D: subway chicken chop salad w/walden farms italian dressing
S: 4oz boneless chicken breast, pounded flat and pan sauteed, on top of a romaine salad w/walden farms italian dressing
Approx 390 cals, room for a 100 cal advantEDGE shake if needed.

August 1st is a GREAT day to restart! I have struggled most of JULY! I think I will take the new month to try to REfocus!

Here is the plan:

tomato cottage cheese 65c
strawberry cottage cheese 100c
protein shake 180c
chicken and veggies 155-200c

around 500-600c is the goal

Today I am going to make it a probiotic drink and protein shake kind of day. With maybe a green smoothie at the end. Somewhere under 500 calories.

Felt hungry today!

B: boiled egg, slice of toast with marmite
L: toasted flat bread
S: coffee
D: fish, mushrooms, cauliflower and a little parmesan, turned into a pie
S: cup of tea

Nearly 600 cals!

So far I've just had 2 cups coffee with HWC.

B-coffee w/HWC
L-same as breakfast
D-tofu shirataki noodles (only kind I can find in the store), with WF pasta sauce and just enough hamburger meat to season.
S-100 cal pkg popcorn

Just coffee today...made the mistake of going to DD for a iced coffee--yuck. $4.00 poorer, and had to throw away almost half of it because it was nasty. Why can't their "lite" coffee taste as good as the stuff I make at home, lol.

Anyway, I'm at 260 and will probably eat a couple of pieces of turkey...plan on keeping it around 400.

Also had 17 grapes with dinner. Those noodles weren't doing anything for me after the gym.

I ended up going over by 200 or more. :D I had tuna (110), 1/2 T lite mayo (15), 1 half hamburger bun (70), and a cucumber (5). Then I had a coconut bar (120), and later about 1/2 c. yogurt (65). Ended at approx. 645.:o
