I'm so glad you love it Fluff! I sure do. I'm so impressed that you already are doing 30 minutes. You must have picked it back up like you'd never stopped!

Thanks! I'm really surprised myself at my body's memory for it. The first time I swung it around my waist it stayed up for a whole 5 minutes...then I did a little more...and a little more, and before I knew it 30 minutes passed!

My sides were very warm afterwards and they feel a bit sore today. Reminds me of the achy butt you get after you ride a bicycle after not doing it for a long time.

I forgot how much it gets the heart pumping too. Great cardio! Can't wait to see what the next two months brings in terms of waist shrinking results.
