8/1 - 60 minutes +15 minutes hula hoop + 15 minutes bodyweight lower body
8/2 - Rest Day
8/3 - Rest Day
8/4 - 60 minutes + 15 minutes hula hoop + 15 minutes weights upper body
8/5 - 90 minutes + 10 minutes hula hoop
8/6 - 120 minutes + 60 minutes (total - not all at once) hula hoop - woke up too early and thought I'd put the time to good use!
8/7 - 60 minutes + 10 minutes hula hoop
8/8 - 120 minutes + 20 hula hoop
8/9 - 30 minutes hula hoop - longest I've ever done in one stretch w/o it dropping!
8/10 - 65 minutes + 12 minutes hula hoop + 15 minutes weights upper body

Oh, I hope you'll love it! I am having so much fun with it, and I DEFINITELY am seeing my core tighten up. My waist has become so much more firm and defined since I've been doing it regularly. I highly recommend it!

8/7-8/12 - kind of slacked due to obsession with job situation ... did do a good amount of walking, but nothing else.
8/13 - 15 minutes walking, 30 mins. aerobics class, 20 mins strength training

Will try to increase strength training to 2x/wk and need to continue with the HIIT.

UGH! Could barely move my hip flexors today! Soreness is always the worst on the 2nd day, but dang! Had to stand up and lean back for a few seconds before I could walk normally - each time I got out of my chair!
