Unexpectedly low, after the past week's rotations have been all over the place.

I still want to join in the daily weigh in thread, but I may not weigh for a week or so after today. I have 2 Free days tomorrow and Saturday, and I'm going to start lifting heavier weights today. I don't want the possible numbers to get me down, so I just might not look, and keep my head down and work.

Hello JB's! I've been MIA for a month, and took a couple of weeks off of doing anything at all (i.e., ate everything in sight!). I was starting to go a little diet crazy, and gained some weight even while JUDDing from going back on bcp. So here I am, a little over ten pounds up and ready to start again! This time I'm sticking to very low carb because it's the only way I can control myself on UD's. No goal for the month, but I need the accountability of weighing more often so here I go.

8/1: 188 UD

August goal: Get the vacation weight off and maintain "around" 150

I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect. :down:
