Worrying never fixed anything. Besides, it causes stress, which releases cortisol, which causes weight gain .......
I know JUDDD will sort things out when I can stick to the formula.


Goal for August: Achieve new low of 122lbs and maintain under 125lbs.
I'll keep this in mind, even though I'm not able to do rotations right now.

I'm now seeing that this period of un-JUDDDing has been really helpful.
I've actually maintained on only one DD per week, which would have been impossible a few weeks ago, when 2 or 3 consecutive UDs always saw my weight rise fairly rapidly.
I'd still like to lose a bit more but I'm very encouraged by this month's results.

Why do you think that is? Water retention when doing daily rotations? I am unable to do strict rotations without a break every 2 wks or so, and it always puts me several lbs over. I wish I could break this cycle!

8/5 - 8/11 - DNW on Vacation
8/12 DD - 205!! 1000 planned, gym later

Wow up 10.2 pounds from the last weigh in and 13.6 from my low. Had tons of fun and ate pretty good, but I had lots of wine, bloody mary's, and some chips. Hopefully I can knock some off before I leave for my cruise Saturday!
