I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.

We started JUDDDing on 7/10 so today is one month. We do the potato hack on down days. I've gone from 150 to 145. Pretty happy with that.

DH has gone down 10 pounds and he is elated! It also has REALLY knocked out much of his "hungry grumpy" days, even on an UP day it carries over.
