I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.

Missed a few days of weigh-in after having a high carb weekend that sent the scales straight up. The combo of the JUDDD bounce + the high carb bounce after being vlc was too much for me, so I won't be going high carb again anytime soon if I can manage it.

8/7 - 200.3 - UD - so weird ... I got very bad work news on 7/31 regarding my teaching assignment that I've been fretting about ever since, went to new low next day and then jumped up and am holding there with hardly any bounce ... I really think it could be the stress? Anyone else had this happen?

"New Low, Way to Go" Carly, you really are a pro at it! Totally agree with Carol, weird how the weight shifts around the body!

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
August goal: Get the vacation weight off and maintain "around" 150

I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.

8/01 - 157.8 - 1671
8/02 - 155.0 - 1662
8/03 - 154.2 - 1672
8/04 - 153.0 - 1660 (realized I may have underestimated my portion - may have been closer to 2000)
8/05 - 152.8 - 1660
8/06 - 153.8 - 1595
8/07 - 153.0 - 1653 Estimated. Had dinner at a new Indian place and it was way more salty than normal.
8/08 - 154.4!
