Yesterday was supposed to be a DD, but it turned into a high MD/low UD. I would make today a DD, but I already had plans for today. No biggie. Love the flexibililty of this plan.

August Goal – 134 lbs.

UD 8/1 138.6 (TOM)
UD 8/2 138.8 (TOM) <---- this was a DD that turned into a high MD/low UD
UD 8/3 138.2 (TOM) ** NEW LOW

I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.

It looks as if all of my 5:2 fasting work in June was not lost during my July free for all. I apparently have a new set point in the teens as evidenced by my quick drop in weight the last 3 days.
