8/16 decided to try 2000/1000 rotations. According to the calculator, it won't work, but I'm trying it anyway.

Love your attitude girl!!! This has to be really difficult indeed. Have you found anything in particular to be helpful controlling the binge behavior?

Thanks. And not yet. 98% of the time I feel SO strong and in control and absolutely no urge to binge whatsoever. But then, BAM - the urge strikes and it's fast and just takes over. It's like I'm possessed or something. Really weird. I'm working on figuring out what triggers it (stress is a big part, but I have lots of stressed days where the urge doesn't strike so it has to be something else too).

I started JUDDD on August 11, 2013. The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.

Yesterday was a down day - 312 calories. I guess I am still feeling the effect of the restaurant meal day before yesterday, because I am all bloated.
