It's been hard to get on here lately! (My old job assigned me a laptop, which was sooo convenient ... but I had to give it back!) I've been weighing in every day but not recording ... but I have been bouncing around a lot over the last week, mostly between 197-200. I had good down days but with all the craziness of starting my new job didn't count up days very well, which for me usually means maintenance instead of loss. Just started counting up days again a couple days ago which brought me closer toward my low of the month. Will try to record and get on here, because accountability helps and is important!

I feel like I'm bouncing the same 2 pounds with little average loss. It's partly me and not recording every bite like I was previously, and also I think my body is adjusting to the 20 pounds lost since May - I noticed a shift in my bodyfat this week - my waist changed for the better this week despite the same weight.

I started JUDDD on August 11, 2013. The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.

Yesterday was a down day - 361 calories.

Yes, you are right. No sense in dwelling in the past. JUDDD works I just have to get back on track. Had a great weigh in after first dd. Almost 4 lbs. Whoo hoo! Prob mostly water, however, I'll take it. lol And yes we can do this!

Yes, those are pretty much the numbers I stuck to through my whole weight loss and I've found myself upping both UD & DD cals since hitting goal in July. (decided I wanted to go down a few more pounds to make my goal weight my uppermost number) Have only maintained that way. 1st day of fasting completely (30 cals, just had splash of skim milk & a 2 dill pickle spears yesterday) and my weight dropped. 1850/50 seem to be my magic numbers, when I stick to them.

ETA: I just went back and looked at a lot of my monthly daily weigh in numbers. It seems that if I stick to 1850 for UD & LESS THAN 250 for DD, I lose ok. It could actually be that I've allowed some 2000 cal UDs IN ADDITION to the 200 cal DDs that have had me maintaining, or even slightly gaining. Perhaps I can only do one or the other. LOL!

I have not tried to do total fast yet. My lowest DD was 253 calories. I might try that sometime soon.

I started JUDDD on August 11, 2013. The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.

Yesterday was an up day - 2659 calories! I had to eat out at a restaurant and chose what seemed to be lower carb. After checking their website when I got home, I found out that it was NOT lower carb - the sauce must have been filled with sugar! Even so, weight went up, but inches only slightly went up, so it is not that bad...
