Can't believe I exceeded my starting weight on JUDDD back on 4/10, hopefully I can drop it as quickly as I put it on in the next week or two. Kinda depressing to see the number though.
Mike, I've gained 10% of bodyweight on a training course once too. I predict 80% gone in a week and the other 20% the week after that. But I bet you had a lot of fun!

Wow, very pleased with my restart! Having such a busy summer really threw me off track, but things starting to settle so maybe now I can have more time for keeping a good calorie count. Also have more time to cook instead of eating out so much. Yay for JUDDD!

I'm Baaaaaack! YAY!!!
Re-starting JUDDD at 198.2 lbs. This time I'm sticking with it!

8/21: 198.2 DD
8/22: 194.2 UD Must have had a lot of water weight, wow!
8/23: 194.7 DD (DD turned into an UD, oops)
8/24: 194.7 UD (wow stress and depression is causing massive binging today, and the day isn't ever over yet...I'm afraid to weight myself tomorrow...)
8/25: 195.3 DD ( I guess not a terrible gain, doing good so far today!)
8/26: 195.1 UD Well hello TOM
8/27: 193.3 DD

It is amazing how much water weight I can gain over 7 days when I re-introduce grains/gluten/sugar back into my diet! Really shows you how inflammatory those foods really are.

8/23 PH 150.4 back to JUDDD today! This weekend I have a BBQ and a birthday to of to on Saturday so it will definitely be an UD and Sunday will be a DD. I am looking forward to weighing on Monday to see how I do.
8/26 DD 153 ate way too much on the weekend! Sunday turned into an UD.
8/27 UD 151.6 happy to be back where I started this month! Now I just need to focus, keep on track and lose some weight.

I started JUDDD on August 11, 2013. The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.

Yesterday was an up day - 1899 calories (estimated - I did not track).

Am I noticing a distinct pattern amongst a bunch of us of bouncing around the same basic weight? Is this a seasonal thing? Am I imagining it?

I hope what this means is that we're all going to have an AMAZING September!

I have noticed that, too, but since I've not been on the board as much as normal lately, I wasn't sure. I know I am sure bouncing all around! (and mainly UP, whoops!)

Hopefully Sept will be awesome for buddds!
