I felt good all day yesterday, and when hunger came I just waited it out and it eventually went away, ended up having about 2 TBS HWC in my coffee and a protein shake for the day. And then this unexpected new low 2 days before heading to the beach!

Mildly amazed at a loss after an UD. I was at a wonderful dinner last night, at the home of a friend. Terrific evening of talk and laughter around the dinner table and I thought, "I'm not weighing tomorrow, I bet I'll be up by at least 3lbs." JUDDD!!!

Yesterday was an UD, but a very weird one. I got worried I wouldn't eat my calories because I just didn't want to eat anything. My body was hungry and my mind was not. Not going to be a problem today because I don't have to eat!
