Thanks! I am oddly nervous, and excited! And of course now I want to see if I can at least touch the 120's. LOL. I still have visible flab to lose, although I might be able to blast that off in the gym without losing pounds? I dunno....

I just started looking at my sodium intake for the first time ever in 62 years....I love salt and use it always!!Well when I saw what I was having compared to what I should be having I was very suprised!! So I put the salt shaker away!! We have been staying away from processed food so this is the next BIG step!!

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

Yesterday was an down day - 333 calories.

I'm playing my WOE by ear.

8/16 decided to try 2000/1000 rotations. According to the calculator, it won't work, but I'm trying it anyway.
