I'm playing my WOE by ear.

8/16 decided to try 2000/1000 rotations. According to the calculator, it won't work, but I'm trying it anyway.

8/01 - 157.8 - 1671

8/04 - 153.0 - 1660 (realized I may have underestimated my portion - may have been closer to 2000)

Yeah its a good point, I just didn't feel ready for an UD during the week right now after 2 weeks of indulgence. DD tomorrow and then 2 UD's at the weekend.

I'm playing my WOE by ear.

8/16 decided to try 2000/1000 rotations. According to the calculator, it won't work, but I'm trying it anyway.

8/01 - 157.8 - 1671

8/04 - 153.0 - 1660 (realized I may have underestimated my portion - may have been closer to 2000)

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves. As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

Yesterday was an up day - 1995 calories. I ate 450 more calories than I was supposed to. For the past two up days, I have been playing around with trying to eat as much as I want and not limit it to the number I get on the calculator. Even though I ate more than I was supposed to, AND it was an up day, my scale weight and measurements went DOWN! So far, so good, so I am cautiously optimistic...
