I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.

Dawn - even without a bounce you could still be holding on to weight related to the accident ... it might whoosh down in a few days.

Rosejim and Andi - It's always disappointing to go up on the scale after a DD, but hang in there ... the scale will usually catch up in the next day or two.

YAY!!! For the first time in 2 weeks I had a dd under 500 calories yesterday (coffee/hwc only), so I am hopeful I will be there with you soon!!

I'm playing my WOE by ear. I may or may not go back to rotations, though I have NO chilblains currently, so I do think fasting affects me negatively in that aspect.
