Up Day - Wednesday - plan?
Well, it is almost 1/2 way through the week! :jumpjoy: :sing:
Dh is back, so no more ALONE time! It's good though, it was way to quiet at the house by myself.
B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken/peppers/guac 320c
D - we are meeting friends for dinner. Mexican restaurant! I should have plenty of calories to eat up, I have 1100 to use!

D: Vodka gimlet, roast beef, broccoli and avocado salad

B - BP coffee
D - don't know yet. Maybe more watermelon. It is from the garden and I have plenty. Only thing the grasshoppers did not eat.
B: Decaf with half & half
L: Grilled cheese - 2 pieces sourdough, mayo, cheese, and some bacon bits, grilled in butter :yummy:
D: Going out to our fave Japanese restaurant
I eat in a 5-8 hr window
L:Strawberry Greek yogurt, graham crackers, 1 mango
D: Out to dinner with DH
S: Movie theater popcorn, fruit punch, Kit Kat bar
B: Coffee, HB Egg & Ham
S: Oatmeal, Banana
Been craving some yummy tacos with tomatoes, cilantro & avocado... maybe that will be dinner!
More coffee later in the evening, and maybe a fruity shortcake dessert of some kind.
