DD Wednesday: menu and plans

Cinema night and we're hoping to see Wolverine. We shall have our usual cinema goodies of dehydrated kale, wasabi peas and glucomannan shake. I shall have to look up recipes for protein chips/crisps and see if I can make them for next time.

B: coffee with MCT oil and lecithin: 160kcals

L: broth with MCT: 260kcals

D: cocoa with MCT: 260kcals

Running total of 680kcals plus the snacks (approx 120kcals) and extra MCT if I need it. I should attempt to shoehorn some protein into the day by replacing the broth and cocoa with protein powder but we'll see. I have so much appetite suppression from yesterday (first day I managed 3 meals with 30g of protein in each) that I'm finding it tricky to contemplate more protein today although I should try.

Day 3 of the reno-- more electrical, and I think they'll start drywall

B: water, vitamins, ptero blue (haven't done this yet... I can't even believe I'm awake!)
L: I'll have to go out and grab some veggies to snack on
D: not sure. Maybe some lower-carb/light shepherd's pie (frozen). 1/2 a tray is about 500, so I can share that with DH.

I feel that I've happily readjusted to JUDDD after a couple of weeks. I can't believe how little food I'm eating (always makes me wonder just how much I was eating when not JUDDDing ) or how much I'm enjoying DDs.

Anyway, plan today is to keep busy and wait as long as possible to eat. I have Greek yogurt at work, but I'm hoping to just eat tonight (zucchini casserole or salad). We'll see what my mind and body say

Good morning!

B: Coffee w/HWC - 50 cals
L: Can of tuna with mustard - 120 cals
D: Cucumber slices with fat free ranch - 65
4oz. boneless/skinless chicken breast - 120

That's 355 cals with 44 to spare if I need it. I plan to work out tonight, so I'm sure I'll need that little extra or more.

B: black coffee
D: boneless, skinless chicken breast (4oz) and cauliflower "rice" (1/3 of a bag of frozen) w/soy sauce (chicken fried rice)
Snack: 6 frozen strawberries blended with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and stevia
S: 2 large eggs scrambled and topped w/1T brummel and brown butter substitute, a sprinkle of cinnamon and walden farms pancake syrup
If needed: advantEDGE carb controlled protein shake and a sargento sharp cheddar cheese stick

Total cals: 578, counting the cheese and shake (190 cals for those)

B - 4 egg whites, iced coffee w/ almond milk - 90
L - 84g spinach w. salmon pouch - 90
D - 4 egg whites, 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita - 155
Snacks throughout - diet sodas, iced coffee w/ almond milk, frozen grapes or maybe strawberries, choc gluc pudding, 3oz carrots - 163
Total - 498

Thoroughly enjoyed Wolverine. Chocolate glucomannan shake was good and I had a few of the peas and semi-dried tomatoes.

If anybody knows a dehydrator or similar recipe for protein powder crisps/chips, please speak up.

I had some pieces of sugar-free chewing gum today because the ketosis taste was very strong. Overall however, still within bounds for a maintenance level DD.
