It looks like a good meal plan. Could it be hormonal related water retention or bathroom issues? I would ask you to stick with it for at least 2 weeks and see if you see a loss. Not everyone starts losing right away. I know it's frustrating, but if you can give it 2 weeks to see how you feel and if you start to lose you may be glad you hung in there.

If you are losing inches the pound loss will be coming up shortly. Losing inches is even better that losing pounds. I could care less if I never lost another pound, but I'd love to lose 2 inches from my waist.

It sounds to me like something else is going on, Okkin. If your menu is correct, then you should be losing, and I believe you will if you continue. I don't know why you aren't losing, but it's not anything to do with ADF, or JUDDD, I'm fairly certain.

ETA: I do know that if I've overdone it for a while, it might not show up on the scale for a week or two. If you were over-eating or had a blow-out before you started JUDDD, it might be slowing your losses. Just a thought.

I definitely wasn't over eating before. I switched to judd because after so long on LC I had stalled. Perhaps that has something to do with it.

Your all right though & I'm confident this will work. I'm going to put my scales away and weigh in this time next week. I feel lighter & more energetic so it just doesn't add up.

Thanks so much for all the support.

I can only speak for me, but if I had 700 calories of nuts (almond meal at breakfast) I wouldn't lose either.
I'd suggest a different breakfast and drop the nuts and see how it goes after a few days

I'm not trying to be argumentative but I can do nuts and have lost well eating them. The only meat I can eat is tuna so my protein & fat options are very limited without them.
Worth a try though I'll have eggs tomorrow!

I'm so glad you've decided to continue with JUDDD! I know it must be so frustrating to switch over and not see the results you are working so hard for. Sometimes it does take the body awhile to figure out what changes you've made and begin dealing with it. It is entirely possible your body has some healing to do or inflammation it is dealing with and the losses will come after it has settled those issues. That's one of the beauties of JUDDD, it really is healing and does so much more for us than just weight loss. Keep hanging in there and please do come here when you're feeling frustrated, and also when you're ready to celebrate (which, I am certain will be the case soon!)

I will chime in...I was on Atkins and jumped straight to JUDDD...Ive been on it for about 2 weeks, but I haven't gained any weight....i added all the carbs back in my diet(omg I can finally eat pizza again)...actually, I lost 5 pounds so far on JUDDD, so it is definitely weird that you keep on gaining...best of luck to you.

Thatta girl! Throw the stinkin scale out of your house for a few weeks & just let yourself feel good about this new plan! You can do it!!! The scale will eventually give you some love. It's evil like that! Your menu is way healthier than mine was when I started Juddd, that's for sure! good luck!!!

I did that too. I did Atkins for 2 months exactly before starting JUDDD, and I jumped on the carb train right out of the station. I lost 6 lbs in the first two weeks. I haven't lost that well since though, lol.

This is such excellent news to read tonight!!! The scale is evil! So glad you're going to ignore it for awhile! Clearly Juddd is working. Woohooo!!!

Yay, Okkin! I'm so glad!

Save your story to encourage someone else in this situation ... it happens all the time that we're doing everything right, and for some reason the scale does not move, does not move ... then all of a sudden, whoosh!

Wonderful news! I always tell people to relax and trust JUDDD. It's hard sometimes, but really works like 98% of the time (disclaimer - not based on scientific evidence, just my own gut).
