Down Day Sunday- What's it going to be?
 
I'm doing kombucha and protein shakes. We're having a celebration day tomorrow, and I want to be ready!

Smart One= 220
Maybe a few ounces of radish salad= approx. 40

total= 310- 350

I had coffee, yogurt w/mango slices, 1/2 c. cole slaw leftover from yesterday, and a salad tonight w/tomato, cucumber, real bacon bits and 2 T cheese. I will probably have a fudgesicle for 40 more calories before bed. :) Ending at around 600.

Cheesedogs! Are those the ones with a ribbon of cheese down the center inside? Oh, yum, yum. I still remember the first one I had, when I was about thirteen.

I added a little sauerkraut to my day, since I was jonesing for some crunch. Other than that, I stuck to my plan. About to have my second protein shake before I go to bed.

Librarygirl, all those veggies sound so healthy. I salute you!

Yep! They're Oscar Meyer's classic cheese dogs, and I love 'em! I know they're not what you would call healthy food, but very very satisfying. Now they're all gone, so that'll be it for the cheese dogs for awhile. :cry:
