Bulletproof Coffee UD: lost 1.2
I have been recently struggling with my DD's. I have been very hungry and have struggled more this last week than I have in the previous two months. I have basically given up on anything less than 500 calories and have come to peace with that. Have also tried some strategies to deal with the hunger: ptell, the potato hack (complete fail for me), and yesterday on my UD, I tried BP coffee.
I thought I would try it on my UD because of the calorie load. Here is what I did:
B: Coffee with 1T Coconut Oil, 1T Unsalted Organic Butter, 3T Coconut Cream =260 cal
Mid-day after my run: Coffee with 1t Coconut Oil, 1t UO Butter, 3T Coconut Cream, 2t Cocoa powder, and 1t Gluc, dash of Torini SF Vanilla =130 calories (this was surprisingly good - tasted like a thick hot chocolate)
Dinner - Including lots of wine :laugh:=1200
Total 1650. Am I shocked that I am down 1.2 when I have not been able to break 152lb mark for 11 days? Heck ya. And it feels too good to be true. And I am sure I will see more ups and downs...
So, for today DD: I am going to go with it again and then see how I feel about dinner. At 390, I will have a little to play with.
Thanks to the ladies who have written about this and are posting their dd menus...it is where I got the idea. Pretty excited and hoping my enthusiasm won't jinx it!!
