UD Thursday: menu and plans
 
Well, yes, tonight is gym night. The night when I get to weight train my paltry amount of muscle mass :)

B: coffee with MCT oil and lecithin: 160kcals

L: egg salad with MCT mayonnaise and 30g ham: 300kcals

D: beef with chipotle sauce, bell peppers, semi-dried tomatoes, celeriac salad: 600kcals

Running total of 1060kcals: I've another 500kcals to use but I may need another 2 Tbsp of MCT (>250kcals) and I'll supplement with unmodified potato starch (80-160kcals).

B: 10% fat yogurt with a spoonful of mascarpone
L: small green salad with tuna in olive oil, feta and avocado
D: a couple of sausages from the BBQ, homemade herb and garlic mayo, tomatoes from the garden and a couple or so cream cheese stuffed mini peppers.

L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (haven't had one all week!)
D: ?? Packing and cleaning tonight, so it'll probably be something easy or fast.

Dawn - MY that is very ODD for you!

It's FRIDAY - Eve all. I am sore from last nights kickboxing class. Not sure DS14 will be willing to go back. I may join though. I enjoyed it and was all kinds of sweaty and I felt the BURN!

B - 2 eggs, waffle, cheese 320c
S - protein bar 190c
L - not really sure, not planning well. Probably salad from somewhere
D - it's BOOK club night! :clap: We are meeting at a local place, 1/2 priced martini's and food is amazing! I will try to save 1100 calories for it!

I haven't read the book we were supposed to start, but man, I will NOT miss this gathering. ;)

D: 3-2-1 cake?

I may have some calories to play with, so as always, peanut butter!

*has anyone had those Bumble Bee flavored tunas? I used to eat those all the time and they were yummy! I had kind of forgotten them, but saw them in the store the other day and they were $3.27 for a small can. So I'm going to try to replicate it with lemon pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Changed my lunch menu since DH was whining about needing veggies so I got a bag of squash out the freezer. Saw my bag of corn spaghetti while I was in there and decided that is what I wanted. So I measure out 2 oz for one serving and cooked it. I now have a tiny portion of spaghetti in my bowl so I measure out 1/2 cup sauce and pour over it. I have way more sauce than spaghetti so I decided to dump my squash in as well. Sprinkled a little mozzarella cheese on top. It was delicious although not a lot of food and it was right at 300 calories. Could have more squash but I will wait awhile and see if I am still hungry. I only had coffee with HWC for breakfast so I have plenty of calories for dinner.

I am trying to get my UD's under control calorie wise so I am weighing and measuring everything again. :sad: But I love JUDDD and my slender summer self.:)

Bratwurst and egg with greens this morning.
Frying up some fish in bacon grease right now, to eat with the last of the tomato/cucumber salad.
Dinner is going to be out at Wendy's, where I am meeting some folk. Not sure what I will have there. I think I'll go online and peruse their menu to plan it out in advance.

Hi Everyone,

Friday EVE, I LOVE that. I must remember that all day today! I had a very interesting job interview that lasted 4 hours this morning. I'm not really in the market but I got a really interesting offer that would have me doing something totally different than what I do now. But, would value my legal background (I was a lawyer in a past life) more than my current employer. Anyways, its interesting. It was right next to my DH's building, so, I got to meet him for lunch today which is very, very odd to be able to do!

We went to Pei Wei. Not my first choice, but, limited options near him that would be fast enough for us. Had one egg roll and the Thai Dynamite. Total = 670 Cal.

I know what we're having for dinner (we smoked a pork butt over the weekend, and tonight to mix it up a bit I'm making pulled pork nachos...mmmm) I just have to plug it in and figure out the calories. I'm sure it won't give me the 2000 or so I have left, so we'll have to throw some Corona's in there. You know, just to make sure I hit that calorie number. :)

Not a healthy day, for sure, but I'll keep the calories in line.

Yes, I work with a trainer and have for a while - that was more a reference to my body composition assessment and what it reveals/alleges about my morbidly obese* body with its paltry 77lbs of lean body mass and 50lbs of fat mass (for 42% body fat and a BMI of <22).

*I'm not being sarcastic - by the categorisation of these things, I'm the sub-phenotype of 'normal weight metabolically morbidly obese'.

Dinner was a jalapeno turkey burger.
A couple of rum/diet 7ups and I may have a protein bar in a bit.
