DD Wednesday: menu and plans

Cinema night for us with our assortment of dehydrated vegetables and a glucomannan shake. I'm not too sure what's on but as a side note, I thoroughly enjoyed Despicable Me: 2 last week.

B: coffee with MCT oil and lecithin: 160kcals

L: broth with MCT etc.: 260kcals

D: hard boiled egg with MCT mayonnaise: 260kcals

Running total of 680kcals and the cinema snacks may be another 120kcals.

Slow, I also liked Despicable Me. Hope you have a great time.

I have extra grapes for the evening because I find myself needing to snack when I'm in my night class. Two more weeks then I can get back to my routine.

Slow - do you know what the movie is tonight?

DS14 and I are taking a kick boxing class tonight. That has me really scared! I haven't done a hard core workout in a while. I would guess by Friday, I won't be able to move! Hopefully DS14 likes it and we can start taking a couple classes a week.

I'm almost embarrassed to post mine cuz the volume is so big. I just know if I don't have the volume to chew, I lose it over time...

I am one of those that thrives on boredom. If I try to "cook" a tiny meal for a DD I mess up so I keep it simple, Very simple.

Well, given the timings, it seems like tonight's film is Monsters U.

I hope that those of you in different timezones have had a good Wednesday or about having one (IYSWIM).

I actually got a little peckish this afternoon which is fairly unusual. I spent a while figuring out what was available that was suitable so that by the time I'd worked out what I could eat as a snack, the feeling had passed away. It's been so hot (by UK standards) that I haven't really eaten much on UDs lately so I wonder if today's DD reflected that.

Good job JBs! Well, I did it again, and went overboard with the HWC. Now I know why I have kept it out of the house for so long. I'm at nearly 500 and no room to eat anything. I may eat a little something anyway later, like a piece of turkey with a pickle.
