Good morning, Slow. :)

All I've had so far is coffee - 60

Might do a BP coffee for the road...no plans for the rest of the day but to keep it under 500.

LiLi914 07-24-2013 05:36 AM

Good Morning!

Slow, I also liked Despicable Me. Hope you have a great time.

L: Yoplait tropical fruit Greek yogurt & seedless grapes (130c)
D: Hummus & crackers, seedless grapes (180c)

I have extra grapes for the evening because I find myself needing to snack when I'm in my night class. Two more weeks then I can get back to my routine.

Alcestis - what's your zucchini casserole? Do share???

Lisa - I am sure night class is a struggle!

Cindy - good morning girl!

Slow - do you know what the movie is tonight?

DS14 and I are taking a kick boxing class tonight. That has me really scared! I haven't done a hard core workout in a while. I would guess by Friday, I won't be able to move! ;) Hopefully DS14 likes it and we can start taking a couple classes a week.

Tomato/cottage cheese 65c
Tomato/cottage cheese 65c
salad - lettuce/deli turkey/cheese/salsa 105c
protein shake late afternoon before Kick boxing 180c
Something after the workout...not sure what, maybe a protein bar 190-220c
HOping to keep it to 600c

I am one of those that thrives on boredom. If I try to "cook" a tiny meal for a DD I mess up so I keep it simple, Very simple. :)

pooticus 07-24-2013 09:05 AM

Well you look completely beautiful and healthy so something obviously works hon!!!

MintQ8 07-24-2013 09:37 AM

B: nothing
L: 2 boiled eggs

S: cup of tea

SlowSure 07-24-2013 10:12 AM

Well, given the timings, it seems like tonight's film is Monsters U. :)

I hope that those of you in different timezones have had a good Wednesday or about having one (IYSWIM).

I actually got a little peckish this afternoon which is fairly unusual. I spent a while figuring out what was available that was suitable so that by the time I'd worked out what I could eat as a snack, the feeling had passed away. It's been so hot (by UK standards) that I haven't really eaten much on UDs lately so I wonder if today's DD reflected that. :dunno:

dodo121 07-24-2013 10:13 AM

still on induction, so...

B: black coffee (0)
L: protein shake (190)
D: protein shake (190)

380 cals

And all their children above average - typed in my best Garrison Keillor manner.

pooticus 07-24-2013 05:25 PM

ROFL! Oh I loved that show! We would listen to it while we worked at night in the hospital!

Librarygirl 07-24-2013 05:36 PM

Good job JBs! Well, I did it again, and went overboard with the HWC. Now I know why I have kept it out of the house for so long. :D I'm at nearly 500 and no room to eat anything. :( I may eat a little something anyway later, like a piece of turkey with a pickle. ;)

pooticus 07-24-2013 07:48 PM

Awww Cindy :hugs: Tomorrow will be here soon! Broth, broth and more broth! :D Shiritaki in broth...

Librarygirl 07-24-2013 09:39 PM

Oh. I could have had broth! I had two slices of turkey, a pickle, 1/2 LC cheese....and then a fruit bar.:D
