Good morning Cindy! Happy Tuesday to you!

B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - garbonzo bean salad with snap peas, peppers, cherry tom, feta, Bal Ving 280c
D - meat balls and mashed potatoes, probably a salad too

I have 1150 to use from dinner on. I didn't plan it this way, we were in a rush this morning leaving the house (THANK YOU LORD Summer Break is almost done) so I didn't grab the chicken I had planned to bring. The Garbonzo bean salad is very filling, so that won't be a problem. We may take all the kiddos to Orange Leaf tonight, if so, I will easily HIT my 1900c goal.

Adi, you totally stole my menu! That's exactly what mine looks like so far. We'll have to be sure and make it more interesting later on.

What is 'protein' bread? Love your curries!

B: toast & butter, 2cups of tea
L: toast & smoked salmon
S: peanut m&m's
D: salmon fillet, chips, a few green beans (they weren't nice!) & some hollandaise sauce

Probably another cup of tea & maybe a yoghurt?

Vicky, Protein bread is being sold by The Bread Shop in Brent Cross, they only use spelt and when I was tin there the other day they had some samples. It is delicious.

I don't have all the nutritional facts but it is only 4% carb and 24% protein, from grains and seeds. Really only an UD treat, but the slices are smaller than usua,l so I could probably manage one on a DD if I felt the need for Marmite.

Curry all ready just have to add the prawns before eating.

My food is so samey as most of the calories are from MCT oil mixed with tea, coffee or cocoa

However, dinner is slow braised goat with small peppers, celeriac salad, green bell pepper jelly, semi-dried red bell peppers and tomatoes for approx. 600kcals

It is lunch time now so I guess I had better find something. SO it is a small baked potato with LF sour cream as I am out of cottage cheese with some salsa.

This is my first UP day

I did so well yesterday on my first DD.

Really don't know what to have today?

Will fill in later as it depends on where we go to eat out.

OMG, my day was derailed by chocolate. First, I had a fun-size snickers and 4 kisses, plus a hand full of nuts at a meeting. Did NOT plan on that. Then, I had a piece of cake that a co-worker brought in. I just found the nutrition info online...the one slice I ate was 680 calories.Needless to say, I didn't eat my lunch. Boy, I do hate days like this. I think I'm going to have a salad for dinner.
