DD Saturday: menus and plans
Today will be my first DD at a party with friends. During my 2+ months with JUDDD I have made a DD into a MD whenever there was an event I had to attend. I want to try today to keep no higher than 350 calories. It should prove interesting given I don't know what food will be there. I know I do best with protein and it is a pig roast, so pork it will be. With lots of water.

I'm having lunch with a friend, but I want to save my calories for dinner, and I don't feel like explaining JUDDD, so I might just say I don't feel great and not eat, or get something very light.

D: ratatouille (200), shrimp & tomato stew (200), popsicle (15)

I don't know what to eat today! I know I'll have coffee/hwc sometime later this morning, but after that :dunno:.

The last time I had an event 9birthday lunch) on a Down Day, I was able to have only protein(though quite a bit!). I actually ended up going DOWN in weight after it.
