UD Wednesday - plan?
 
It's Wednesday! 1/2 way through the week!!!

B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - corn/zucc salad and ham 210c

Dinner is out. The kids are all going to an amusement park for the day and when we pick them up, we will be stopping for dinner out. I am hoping for Chipotle! With 1200ish calories, I am good for anything.

I started off with some yogurt this morning, and I am planning greens and protein of some kind in the next couple of hours. Maybe sashimi for lunch. Still need to figure out dinner.

B- coffee with HWC, 2 slices bacon, 3 eggs scrambled with CO and HWC, turkey burger with WF syrup
L- not sure yet
D- 1/2 C shredded chicken thighs, 2 tbsp mayo, mustard and relish, Pepsi One

L: On the run, maybe some peanut butter
D: Cocktail, green salad, steak bites and fried eggs (a la Pioneer Woman - love her!)

L: Did someone here say Sashimi? :) Well, you made me crave it. I had tuna and salmon Sashimi and a shaggy dog roll. All together about 800 cal. (And I BLEW up like a balloon from, I'm guessing the soy sauce, and feel like I may burst at any moment, thank goodness for stretchy pants!!! :lol:)

S: Chocolate- HUH? I hate chocolate, what is wrong with me today! :) 200

D: Out of town still for work and meeting a friend at her local pizza spot. I have 1600 cal left. I figure 300 a slice and I usually eat 4 slices so 1200 cal leaving 400 for a nice glass of wine to go with it.

Not the most nutritious options, but I think I'll make it up tomorrow by eating a lot of fruits and veggies for my 514 cal DD.

I Totally LOVE her too! Been following her blog forever and was so geeked out when she got a show on food network. You'd think I knew her personally or something :)

I DID have my sashimi- two plates worth. Yum!

The nap sort of threw me off schedule. I had a late afternoon snack, and now don't know if I'll have any dinner. Hmmm, not too many veggies today. :(
