I want a nap too, and I got 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night - why do my eyes feel so sleepy? Oh yeah...pre-TOM. That's probably also why I'm not too excited to start this particular DD.

B: Coffee/HWC
L: Coffee/HWC
D: ?? Cream cheese?

Total around 400.

Well I woke up really hungry, don't prefer my DD's to start like that. Loading up on the water and just had some protein.

2 eggs, cottage cheese 180c
strawberrie/cottage cheese 100c
tomato salad with chicken 200c

probably some deli turkey too. 600c is the goal

Can I also join the not thrilled to have a DD club! I'm traveling later this afternoon for work and I'm driving about 3 1/2 hours which is a HUGE munchie, snacky trigger for me. I'm going to download a new audiobook off audible to help pass the time (any recommendations?)

B- Coffee
L- Shiratke noodles w/some leftover rotisserie chicken breast & veggies 100c
D- Wendys sm chili 180c and sm hamburger delux loaded up with double veggie toppings 250

total is about 15 cal over for the day, so if I can stick to this it will be a good day considering I have to eat on the road tonight!

Thanks!!! I just looked it up on Amazon. Does look really interesting. I didn't realize I had used my Audible credits for the month, so I have it on the list for next month.

I had the first Game of Thrones sitting in my Audible library. This will now be my FOURTH attempt at this book. I just can't seem to get into but I really want too!

I've had my first kombucha, and am about to have the second. Still a little grumpy, but dealing with it. Tomorrow I am going to have sashimi.
