UD Monday - plan?

It's MONDAY! I'm actually ok that it's Monday this week! Not sure why the typical dread isn't there!

I started today off with sausages, eggs, and greens.

I'm planning a nice big salad with chicken for dinner, but not sure what is going to happen in between. I really want to take myself out for sashimi, but funds and driving schedule may preclude this(I'm dashing all over town today, seems like). So maybe I'll just buy a nice hunk of ahi and seaweed salad from Costco.

I also want to make another custard and have some today. I use Dana Carpender's recipe for Intense Custard, and that is some good stuff!

I put this menu (with an added cantaloupe I had) into ****** and almost fainted. I have already eaten 834 calories FOR BREAKFAST. Not fair. I have already had half of my UD calories for breakfast. Yikes!!!

adi--that can't be right, unless you used a huge amount of cream and butter. 2 eggs = 150, 2 slices ezekial = 180--i can't imagine the cantalope and marmalade being more than 100. Did you use 400 calories worth of butter and cream?

yes, I had 2 T of butter and 1 oz of cream and the eggs were fried in coconut oil so they are higher.
and the cantaloupe was 190. I ate a lot of cantaloupe.
Sadly it is correct. I checked and rechecked because I could not believe it.

So glad I don't count on my Up Days!

I had fish and seaweed for lunch. I wasn't very hungry, but I won't be back home for two hours, and I don't want to wait until then. Especially since we may be stopping at a fast-food place on the way back for Middlest. It has already been six hours since breakfast! better that I eat some fish now, than give in an have a frosty and chicken nuggets later.

So I have 1100 calories left for dinner because I typically like to eat a larger dinner, but I have class from 4:30 -8:30 tonight. I have no idea what I should eat. Suggestions???

Well, this has actually worked out well. I had so much fat for breakfast I did not eat again until 4pm and had a cup of yogurt for 100 calories. Just had dinner for 660 calories. This will be the lowest calorie UD I think I have ever done since starting JUDDD 18 months ago. Success.
